By accessing or using ImageFixer ("the Service") at imagefixer.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Description of Service

ImageFixer is a browser-based image conversion and optimization tool. All image processing occurs entirely on your device — your files are never uploaded to our servers.

3. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• You are solely responsible for the images you process using the Service.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service.

4. Pro Plan

ImageFixer offers a paid Pro plan that unlocks additional features. Pro is sold as a one-time purchase — there is no recurring subscription and no auto-renewal. Once purchased, your Pro entitlement remains active indefinitely on the device or account where it was activated.

Pro purchases are processed by our payment partner. Refund requests for Pro purchases may be sent to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. We reserve the right to change Pro pricing for future purchases with reasonable advance notice; existing Pro entitlements are not affected by future price changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising ImageFixer are the property of ImageFixer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of any images you process through the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ImageFixer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

8. Privacy

Since image processing happens entirely in your browser, we do not collect or store your images. We may collect basic analytics and usage data to improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
